We act primarily as a real estate advisory and marketing partner, connecting buyers and investors to verified developers and property owners. We also collaborate with developers on exclusive sales.

How do I know the properties you suggest are verified?

Every property we recommend undergoes a detailed verification process covering legal title, project approvals, builder reputation, and RERA registration.

Which locations do you operate in?

We currently focus on West Hyderabad and expanding gradually to other locations. Special expertise in premium, mid-segment residential projects from Neopolis, Kokapet, Mokila, Kolluru, Kokapet, Tellapur & Osman Nagar.

Do you charge a brokerage fee?

• Primary sales (new projects): No brokerage for buyers.

• Resale transactions: A nominal brokerage fee is applicable (discussed transparently before engagement).
